Scot Tillson
Scot is a Managing Partner at Tillson Recruiters, LLC. Scot has built a successful career within the recruiting industry. Prior to starting Tillson Recruiters, Scot spent eight years at a recruiting firm in Boston where he helped establish and played a key role in growing their Insurance Division. Before this, he worked for a large, international recruiting firm specializing in Accounting and Finance. He also spent several years in San Diego working in sales. Scot graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth with a Business Degree in Marketing in 1996.

Keri is also a Managing Partner at Tillson Recruiters, LLC. Before starting Tillson Recruiters with her husband and business partner, Scot, Keri spent six years working at a recruiting firm in Boston where she was consistently the top performer in their Insurance Division. Before this, Keri was the Marketing Director at a financial services firm where she worked with both P&C and Life & Health agents to help them market their services. She also spent two years recruiting for the technology industry. Keri graduated with honors from Boston College in 1999.
