Our client is a well-established agency with a great reputation.   They are looking for someone with agency experience and a thorough knowledge of all personal lines of insurance and a variety of markets.  They use Applied systems, so any experience would be a definite plus.​  The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.

Commercial Lines Account Manager – North of Boston – Salary $50K - $65K

Our client is a growing P&C agency that is looking to add an Account Manager to their Commercial Lines team.  This person will manage a book of mostly middle market (with some small and some large) accounts.  These accounts will consist of a variety of different businesses including construction, hospitality, real estate and technology.

Personal Lines Account Manager (could lead to management) – North of Boston – Salary $45K - $60K+

Our client is a well-establish insurance agency north of Boston with a fantastic reputation.  They have an opening for a Personal Lines Account Manager, however, this position could lead to a Personal Lines Manager role for the right person.  They are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, leadership potential and the type of personality that would be capable of managing a small group.  A P&C license, knowledge of personal lines markets and AMS 360 or Applied are all requirements. 

Commercial Lines Assistant – West of Boston – Salary $40K - $52K

This large brokerage firm is looking for someone in their Commercial Lines Department.  This person should be energetic, organized and have a desire to learn and grow.  Strong computer skills are highly desired.  Responsibilities would involve assisting more senior Account Managers, processing, and working with specialty lines.  Although this role would start out as an Assistant, it could easily move into an Account Manager role.
